In a commendable act of corporate social responsibility, ARCLEAD Universal Limited, a rising force in Ghana’s construction and project management industry, donated essential items to the Hopeway Ministries Children’s Home in Haatso, Accra, on Friday, July 19th.
The donation, led by ARCLEAD’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Lawrence Holali Awuku, included food supplies, toiletries, and other essential items, all aimed at supporting the care and upkeep of the home’s over 40 children.
Speaking during the event, Mr. Awuku emphasized the importance of businesses contributing to social welfare alongside their commercial activities.
“We are not only here to build infrastructure but also to build lives. Giving back to the community, especially vulnerable children, is something we consider a responsibility, not an option,” he said.
The management of Hopeway Ministries Children’s Home expressed deep gratitude to ARCLEAD Universal Limited for the timely gesture. They highlighted the ongoing needs of the facility and called on other organizations to emulate ARCLEAD’s example.
Beyond the donation of items, the ARCLEAD team engaged the children in interactive moments, bringing smiles and encouragement to many of them.
