Ghanaian forward Antoine Semenyo has been shortlisted for the Premier League Goal of the Month award for October.
The AFC Bournemouth attacker produced a moment of brilliance in his side’s 3-1 comeback win over Fulham, weaving past two defenders before beating Bernd Leno through his legs.
The solo effort has now earned him a spot among the league’s best goals for the month.
However, Semenyo faces tough competition from several Premier League stars, including Mohamed Salah (Liverpool), Moisés Caicedo (Chelsea), Justin Kluivert (his Bournemouth teammate), and Emiliano Buendía (Aston Villa).

The 25-year-old had earlier received recognition in September for his strike against Liverpool on the opening weekend.
Semenyo has so far recorded six goals and three assists in just nine Premier League appearances this season.
