Ali Jihami, Head of Sales and Marketing at Ghandour Cosmetics Ltd has been conferred with the National FMCG Star of the Year Award in the Beauty and Hair Care category.
This was at the 2023 National FMCG Summit & Awards at the Accra International Conference Centre on May 19.
His company, Ghandour Cosmetics Ltd, so won the Best Hair Care Product of the Year Award for their creation, BO-16.
In the 2022 maiden edition of the same awards ceremony, Ali Jihami received the coveted Marketing Icon of the Year Award for the same category.
Jihami is a respected authority in sales and marketing with over 20 years of experience in the FMCG sector, specifically in the Beauty and Personal Care industry.
His relentless pursuit of excellence, coupled with his profound understanding of market dynamics has contributed to managing award-winning brands that have become household names such as Princess and BO-16.
He has increased his brand’s strong presence further by facilitating its expansion into new territories across Africa.
