It all came to bear, when Abena Kyei Boakye on her birthday 5 days ago, posted some stunning photos of herself on her Instagram page to celebrate the day. Unfortunately to her fans got noticed her unusual backside.
Questions many have asked are when sudden has she developed such butt?
Moving forward, Some have alleged that Abena has resorted to Dr. Obengfo to surgically enlarge her flat butts.
Previous photos of Abena show she is naturally a woman with flat butts but as to when and how she got her mountainous butts, remains a mystery.
