The 2023 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Artiste of the Year is rap sensation Black Sherif.
He beat stiff competition from seven others namely Piesie Esther, Sarkodie, Joe Mettle, Stonebwoy, Camidoh, KiDi and King Promise to win the award.
This is the ‘Kwaku The Traveller’ hitmaker’s first VGMA Artiste of the Year win.
Black Sherif also took home the Best Music Video Award, Most Popular Song of the Year and Best Hiplife Song of the Year with Kwaku The Traveller.
