Don’t Bring Unnecessary Pressure To The Finance Minister – Hon. Kwasi Poku Bosompem

The Former Presiding Member, Tema West, Hon. Kwasi Poku Bosompem appeals to NDC not to put pressure on the Finance Minister.

In an interview on Thursday, 22nd July 2020 at Homebase Tv, Hon. Kwasi Poku Bosompem said,

“the finance minister knew nothing about the coronavirus coming into existence, he also didn’t know about the free lights and free water the government put in place. So we should cope with the finance minister because we are not in normal times.

Following, the Finance Minister yet to present the mid-year the budget review on Thursday.

The budget will focus on strategies to generate more revenue for the state after the Coronavirus pandemic threw the government’s plans out of gear.

Hon. Kwasi Poku further added that it will be unfair for the finance minister to go through these struggles but rather let’s support him to put proper measures in place.
