Chantelle Boye-Hlorkah scores in Nottingham Forest win over Portsmouth

Black Queens midfielder Chantelle Boye-Hlorkah was on the scoresheet for Nottingham Forest Women’s in their win over Portsmouth on Sunday, October 5.

Boye-Hlorkah scored in the 4-1 home win to power her side to the third position on the league table in the Women’s Super League 2.

The midfielder was named in the starting lineup for the fifth time this season for the game as her side looked to continue their winning run.

Portsmouth took a first-half lead in the 12 minutes before Forest got the equaliser 12 minutes into the second half.

On the 80th-minute mark, Boye-Hlorkah wowed the stadium with a great strike from just a few meters away from the centre circle, beating the goalkeeper to score the goal that gave her side the lead for the first time in the game.
