Ghanaian actress and entrepreneur, Victoria Lebene Osafo-Nkansah, who has now embraced her calling as a woman of God, reveals that her spiritual journey began long before she stepped into the spotlight.
Speaking candidly on The Career Trail program aired on Joy Learning TV and Joy News, Victoria Lebene reflected on how the call of God has been upon her life from childhood, even when she didn’t fully understand it.
“The call of God has been upon my life from childhood. Anything you see me doing now, started at a very young age,” she said.
She highlighted that, despite this early calling, she initially leaned into building a life and career around the things that felt more comfortable and familiar.

“Sometimes you may not know the direction that our Lord is taking you and so you sometimes turn a blind eye on certain things you are supposed to pay attention to. You sometimes want to do the things that are in your comfort zone, i.e. being an actress, a public figure, a model, an influencer, a humanitarian, seem to be things in my comfort zone,” she noted.
While she pursued these passions, Victoria said the call of God continued to follow her, quiet at times, but persistent, manifesting through dreams, messages, and spiritual promptings.
“You can’t fathom what God wants to communicate, unless He keeps coming at you. The call kept coming at me several times, in several instances, in several cases, in several dimensions. It is unexplainable,” she emphasized.
Eventually, she came to a point where she could no longer resist or delay what she was being called to do.

“I just had to accept the call because it had come on me several times,” she acknowledged.
For Victoria Lebene, stepping into ministry is not just a role but a divine assignment.
“It is not easy to do the work of God. You need to be synched into the kingdom work. You need to understand. You need to be willing to accept, both in the mind and in the heart before the body even comes,” she explained.
Looking back, she believes everything is aligning in God’s perfect timing.
“Glory be to God. He has made all my goals and desires come to play,” she affirmed.
