We have no hand in any land theft – Nungua Mantse and Dzaase explains

The paramount chief of Nungua King Odaifio Welentsi lll and his Dzaase has explained that they have no hands in the numerous land theft in the Nungua community and its enclaves.

Nii Dzaase of the Nungua traditional council popularly known as the  CEO of Kpookeke is said to be the owner of the land. According to some residence, Nii Larye Botwe ll owns the land and has been very helpful to the community.

They noted that the happenings are a plot against him as a result of envy, hence tarnishing his hard-earned reputation.

Speaking to Homebase TV reporter Beauty Agama, Dzaase Nii Botwe Laryea said the land belongs to him and he has no intentions of selling it to anyone.

“One Mr Sulley is insisting I sell the land to him but I have no intentions of selling it to him or anyone else,” he said.

“The land theft issue has been published on an online platform against the Nungua Mantse King Odaifio Welentsi lll and the Dzaase Nii Botwe Laryea ll, the paramount chief of Nungua King has no idea and know nothing about the said land theft,” he added.

He further noted that “he has not asked for any amount of money from Mr Sulley hence he is taking the the issue to the high court.”
