Wenchi High Court presided over by His Lordship Justice Fredrick Arnold Nawurah in the case of Christopher Beyere Baasongti V the Clerk of Parliament has allowed being used to notify him of a suit after several failed attempts at serving the court processes on him personally.

The court also granted an ex-party motion for the petitioner requested to discontinue the case filed against the clerk of parliament for not recognize Techiman South MP-elect, Martin Agyei Mensah Korsah as the representative of Techiman South Constituency in the Parliament House.

Council for Christopher Beyere Baasongti, Lawyer Simon Abledu brief Radio West Africa, Nana Anfreh Damanta after court proceedings on Thursday.
The case has been adjourned to March 23, 2021.
