The “Major Maxwell Mahama Memorial Foundation” is calling on the government to pay special attention to mob justice in the country.
According to the group, it seems Ghanaians have not learnt any lesson from what transpired resulting the sad death of the Army officer Major Maxwell Mahama.
Despite all efforts to campaign against mob justice, Ghanaians have turn deaf ear to the calling from the various advocasies.
All these are happening as a result of Ghanaians losing confidence in the security services on how criminal related issues are handled, they claimed.
The group is however, calling on the government to set up Ambassadors to advocate or add more fuel to the campaign
They also appealed for Major Mahama’s statue at the crime scene and other major parts of the country to serve as memorial to Ghanaians.
These revelation was made during a panel discussion on Homebase TV’s “DOTO ASE KASE3 NKOMO” with Odehyieba Yaw Anokye.
