Hon. Haruna Iddrisu, MP and Minority leader for the NDC on behalf of the Minority Caucus in Parliament has officially written to the speaker of parliament Rt. Hon. Aaron Mike Oquaye, demanding for Ghana to Develop a Bipartisan National response to COVID-19.

In response to the call of the Minority Caucus in parliament, the speaker of parliament stated that he received the petition few hours after the content of the letter had already gone viral which he feels is wrong.

Rt. Hon. Aaron Mike Oquaye further started that the Minority Leader knows the appropriate procedures for handling all matters in Parliament and must adhere to it.

He ended that, he invites the co-operation of all well-meaning and patriotic MPs and Ghanaians and not be inhibitive in any way against national interest.
