The Adonai International Ministerial Fellowship Alliance, Inc. (AIMA) has ordained three new reverend ministers, calling them to a life of devotion, evangelism, and impactful ministry.

The ordination service was held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at the Trinity United Church, Trinity Theological Seminary, in a ceremony filled with worship, prayer and solemn commitment.

Officiating the event, Senior Presiding Bishop Dr. R.W. Suku Chea, founder and President of AIMA, delivered a passionate charge to the newly ordained ministers, urging them to model their ministry after Jesus Christ and the early apostles.

“Follow Jesus! Follow the Apostles!” Bishop Chea declared.

The three new ministers – Blessing Emmanuel Twum Obeng, Captain (Rtd.) Andy Sam, and Joseph Kwesi Appiah – were consecrated after years of preparation and spiritual growth. They expressed their readiness to serve diligently, spreading the Gospel and impacting lives across communities.

Also present to support the occasion were Rev. Dr. Rhodarlyn Naa Shika Anyah and Rev. Prof. Patrick Ayeh-Kumi, who joined Bishop Chea in blessing and affirming the call of the new ministers.

AIMA’s Journey of Faith and Resilience

AIMA has grown from a small student fellowship into a vibrant, non-denominational ministry known for its prayer vigils, evangelistic missions, and unwavering commitment to discipleship.

Over the years, the ministry has faced trials – including a tragic accident in 1981 that claimed the life of a member and left others severely injured – yet it has remained steadfast in its mission. Today, AIMA continues to inspire believers through strong teaching, fasting, and spiritual empowerment.

Vision and Mission

AIMA’s vision is clear: “To impact this generation with the standards of Christ and inspire them to fulfill their full potential and destiny in Christ.”

The ministry’s mission includes preaching the full Gospel, equipping believers for service, promoting holiness, nurturing spiritual gifts, and being living examples of Christ in every sphere of life.

As AIMA marks continues to spread the Gospel, it says it remains focused on building leaders who will transform lives and communities in Ghana and beyond.
