The Presidential Adviser on the Economy, Seth Terkper, has stated that the 2025 budget reflects President John Mahama’s strong commitment to addressing the nation’s economic challenges.
Speaking on JoyNews AM Show on Wednesday, 12 March, a day after Finance Minister Dr Cassiel Ato Forson presented the budget to Parliament, Mr Terkper said: “You can also see a reflection of His Excellency the President’s determination. Remember, he [Dr Ato Forson] quoted the president saying, ‘We will fix the economy,’ and in doing so, he is echoing the President’s resolve, with all ministers being made aware and expected to deliver.”
