Ghana Post Company has introduced an updated version of the GhanaPostGPS App for both Android and Apple (IOS) operating systems. The updated version seeks to improve user experience as well as planned functionality and security.

Ghana Post under the leadership of the Ministry of Communications has incorporated customer feedback into this update. With this update, there is an additional layer of security to the already secured GhanaPostGPS platform.

The offline functionality will in the meantime allow android users to access the GhanaPostGPS platform irrespective of their location, as a result, users who find themselves in areas without internet can still access and use the GhanaPostGPS App.

The User Interface has been given a facelift and been adapted to provide better support to visually impaired users. Data is also saved and restored whenever users change phones or reinstall the application. In addition, users share their digital addresses saved in their address book.

The GhanaPostGPS App is in compliance with the Data Protection Act 843, we therefore assure Ghanaians of our commitment to putting customers first, adding value and maintaining the high professional standards in the ever-evolving world of Information Technology.
