Former Liberty Professionals striker, Bernard Arthur believes the Tanzanian top-flight is ahead of the Ghana Premier League.
Arthur, 23-year-old joined Azam Fc after helping Dansoman based club to escape relegation where he scored 11 goals to finish as the Club’s top scorer at the end of the 2016/17 League season and believes they are more competitive in terms of branding, financing, spectating and random TV coverage.
”The Tanzanian league is way ahead of the Ghana Premier League,” he told Asempa FM.
”This is because it’s a professional league, and it involves a lot to get a standard that can be referred to as professional league.
”It is well branded with a random TV coverage unlike in Ghana.”
