NDC Decides: KEEA, Cape Coast South Constituency Executives Congratulate JM
Constituency executives of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Komenda Edina Eguafo Abrem (KEEA) and Cape Coast South (CCS) have extended their congratulatory messages to the presidential candidate elect of the party, John Dramani Mahama, following his massive victory in the last Saturday’s presidential primaries.
Former president John Dramani Mahama polled 95.23% of the total votes cast to beat his six (6) other contenders last Saturday.
In separate releases signed by the respective secretaries of the constituencies, Charles Entsuah and George Justice Arthur, respectively, described the last Saturday exercise in their various constituencies as peaceful and successful, and that, the 95% secured by the Candidate elect reflects the party’s possible victory in the 2020 general election.
“…..Cape Coast South Constituency and Branch Executives say your percentage gain is a true reflection of what is going to happen in 2020 General Election and that we are going to work deeply, passionately and assiduously to accelerate such gains.
May the good Lord gives you strength, knowledge, wisdom and above all Financial breakthrough to consolidate your gains come 2020 as the next President in 2021,” excerpt of the CCS release reads.
“….It is our strong hope that the trust given to you by Delegates of our great party will be a source of inspiration to deliver the goals set as you work towards victory of the party in 2020 elections.
“In fact, your victory is not a victory to you alone but to the whole Akatamansonions.
To those who did not win I say ayekoo. You have really fought hard to strengthen the democracy the party has enjoyed over two decades. I therefore entreat all of us to eschew vindictiveness, malice and come together as a unified force and with one common destiny wrestle power from the NPP,” part of the KEEA release states.
