Assistant coach of the Black Stars, Maxwell Konadu has reiterated that Juventus playmaker, Kwadwo Asamoah will return to the senior national team.
The skilful midfielder has been out of the Black Stars after the 2014 FIFA World Cup that was staged in Brazil.
With Kwesi Appiah focused on building a formidable team for the future, Konadu says there should be a dialogue that will be in favour of the player and the country.
“Kwadwo has not turned his back on Ghana before.
“It is all about dialoguing and taking a decision that will benefit both Ghana and the player.
“He has been very disciplined and a very good player,” he told Citi Sports in an interview.
Asamoah has been strongly linked with a move away from Juventus since the 2017 summer transfer window, with Galatasaray named as his most likely destination.
