I am the King of Queens of dancehall music in Ghana- AK Songstress

The fast growing female dancehall artiste Akosua Kwakye popularly called AK Songstress in the music industry says she is no longer interested in the Dancehall Queen title in because she is the King of Queens of dancehall music in Ghana.

She disclosed this in an interview with RSM Kofi Doe Lawson on the morning show on Homebase tv.

According to the dancehall artiste, she got that title from her fans on her social media pages.

“My fans realized that I deserved something better than the title ‘Dancehall Queen’ this is because I am musically and lyrically bad. I have three titles ‘Dancehall Empress, King of Queens and Don Dana’.

She went on to clarify the issue concerning the Beef with female dancehall artiste Kaakie

“The beef started because of a song Kaakie sang but I have passed that level. Kaakie and I are cool now. She will be performing at my album launch. I don’t even chew beef, I am a vegetarian” she stated whist laughing.

AK Songstress will be launching her maiden album come Saturday, November, 25 in Hortical Nite Club in Accra. Artistes set to perform that night includes MzVee, Kaakie, Rashid Metal, Iwan, Black Rasta among others.

The album consists of 19 videos tracks produced by Paradise Entertainment.

The album features artistes such as Patoranking, Sizzla Kalonji and Zeal of VVIP fame.
