This healthy easy to make recipe is for babies and children between 7 months to 5 years.

Ingredients

Avocado

Banana

Babymilk

Probiotic yoghurt

Method

1.Get very ripe avocado.wash and peel and remove seed

2.Cut out flesh

3.Get very ripe banana.wash and remove peel

4.Cut into chunks

5.Place all in a blender with baby milk or probiotic yoghurt

6. Blend all and serve

7. You can add to baby cereal
