A statement in honour and memory of the late Oseadeayo Aforo Kwaw II has been made in Parliament for the achievement of the late chief of the Sefwi Wiaso Traditional Area.
The Samanhene who doubled as Debiso chief was the National Best farmer for the year 1993.
He did very well in during his reign by establishing the Biaman Educational Endowment Fund, Bia Senior High School, the establishment of the Cocoa Clinic, Police station among others.
The statement of honour was read by the Member of Parliament for Bia West, Hon. Dr. Augustine Tawiah in Parliament for the 55 years of positive impact on the people of Sefwi Wiaso Traditional area.
According to the legislature Nana Aforo Kwaw II was a prominent farmer and did contribute greatly providing leadership in the settlement of cases among chiefs.
His funeral will be between January 15-21. He had 12 children and is survived by a very devoted wife.
