District Police Command for Odumase receives Office Equipment
The Municipal Chief Executive of the Lower Manya Krobo Assembly in the Eastern Region, Simon Kwaku Tetteh, on Monday presented office items to the Odumase District Police Command of the Ghana Police Service.
The donation is aimed is at strengthening and equipping the office of the police administration for effective delivery of their duties.
The MCE who says he feels secured in the Municipality thanked the Police administration for it’s continues patrol and their quick response to emergency calls which he believes is to safeguarding lives and properties in the Municipality.
The MCE later presented items which includes an office desk, desktop computer sets and three in one coloured printout machine at the forecourt of the District Police command in Odumase.
Receiving the items the Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Harry Selormey, the District Police Commander expressed heart felt appreciation to the MCE for supporting the operational activities of the Police Service in the Municipality.
He assured the MCE of proper handling and use of the items to improve upon the work of the Police.
The MCE, later paid a working visit to the Kpong Methodist Primary School to inspect the ongoing construction of a Two Unit Kindergarten Classroom Block consisting of an office, store room and four washrooms.
